Chair Andrea Richmond called the meeting to order at 4:05 pm.

Approval of Minutes from June 2, 2022 Meeting
Agenda Items:
FEMA Violations
Sarah Rafajko provided an update on the FEMA violations. The 90 day update was
due on 10/6 and this update included the request to remove 2 more violations. This
will leave 5 deed restrictions, 26 vent/flood proof materials installations, 2 Elevate, 2
Abandon Basement, 1 Elevate/Abandon Basement for a total of 36 violations. There
were originally 58 violations.
Resolution adopting the City of La Crosse Flood Hazard Mitigation Plan of
August 2022.
The plan was recommended to be adopted minus a couple minor edits which include
the addition of the Farnam St. Bulkhead as an example to the Long-term Flood Risk
Data Gathering section of the plan, acknowledgement that the City adopted the La
Crosse County Multi-hazard Mitigation Plan, and editing the listing of attendees so that
committee members are listed as such instead of being listed as citizens.
