Resolution approving Application of Paragon Square LLC for a Conditional
Use Permit at 412 Main Street allowing permission to apply for a Combination
"Class B" Beer & Liquor License.

8-0 by voice vote.
AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Local Business
District to the Multiple Dwelling District allowing for construction of a new
tri-plex at 1003 Caledonia St.
Chris Kahlow moved to open a public hearing. James Cherf seconded. The
motion passed by voice vote 8-0.

motion passed by voice vote 8-0.
James Cherf moved to approve. Jennifer Trost seconded. The motion passed
8-0.
Approval of the 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Project Budget.
No amendments to the budget were proposed.
Chris Kahlow moved to approve. Matt Gallager seconded. The motion passed
6-2 by voice vote. Trost,Yager voting no.
