A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Morrison, to approve the
meeting minutes. The motion carried on voice vote.

Presentation of MSP's project The Driftless Apartments, an affordable
housing development at River Point District
TID Value Changes: Q&A with Assessment Dept staff
Staff will connect Commissioner Morrison with Assessment Dept staff and
consultant to further discuss this issue.

Review and Approval of proposed changes to the Economic
Development ordinance.
(Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in closed session
pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to formulate & update negotiation
strategies and parameters. Following such closed session, the
Committees and/or Council may reconvene in open session.)

A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Morrison, that the Ordinance be
RECOMMENDED TO BE RE-REFERRED to the Economic Development
Commission's meeting on 12/20/2022. The motion carried by voice vote.
