A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 4/13/2023. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Resolution Reclassifying positions within the Planning, Development and  
Assessment Department.  
A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 4/13/2023. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Resolution authorizing additional Assistant Supervisor - Food and Beverage at  
the La Crosse Center.  
A motion was made by Neumann, seconded by Janssen, that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 4/13/2023. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sign a maintenance  
agreement between Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the City of  
La Crosse.  
A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Schwarz, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 4/13/2023. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Resolution authorizing second amendment to $6,660,000 City of La Crosse,  
Wisconsin Industrial Development Revenue Bonds, Series 2017 (DuraTech  
Industries, Inc. Project) issued on April 7, 2017.  
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Neumann, that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 4/13/2023. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Resolution approving the carryover of unexpended appropriations from the  
2022 Operating Budget to the 2023 Operating Budget and 2022 year end  
budget adjustments for department cost overruns.  
A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Schwarz, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 4/13/2023. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Resolution appropriating Utility Funds to advance order a Water Utility dump  
truck.  
A motion was made by Neumann, seconded by Kiel, that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 4/13/2023. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Resolution expanding the scope of a capital project for airport obstructions.  
A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Kiel, that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 4/13/2023. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Resolution transferring a vehicle from the Police Department to Community  
Risk Management.  
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Kiel, that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 4/13/2023. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Collective Bargaining Update.
