A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Schwarz that the resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED.

AMENDED (change to legal description and map, approximately 100 sq. ft.).  
The motion carried unanimously.

be AMENDED AS PROPOSED (add more flexibility to expenditures). The motion
