A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 8/10/2023. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Resolution approving the 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program Budget.  
A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Schwarz, that the Resolution  
be AMENDED ($60,000 in new borrowing for speed tables on Milson Ct, as  
proposed on Legistar). The motion failed on a vote of 2 - 4 (No - Janssen,  
Happel, Goggin, Neumann).  
A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution  
be AMENDED (to remove 9 pavement-only street projects). The motion failed by  
on a vote of 3 - 3 (No - Janssen, Happel, Goggin).  
A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 8/10/2023. The
