A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Goggin, that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 10/12/2023. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Resolution amending Appendix C Fee Schedule regarding fee for review of  
certified survey maps in the La Crosse Municipal Code.  
A motion was made by Neumann, seconded by Schwarz, that the Resolution be

motion carried by the following vote:

Resolution approving Second Amendment to the Development Agreement  
between Spies Construction, LLC and the City of La Crosse for the former  
Navy Reserve site.  
A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Neumann, to OPEN public  
hearing. The motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Neumann, seconded by Sleznikow, to CLOSE public  
hearing. The motion carried unanimously.  
A motion was made by Goggin, seconded by Neumann, that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 10/12/2023. The

improvements.

be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 10/12/2023.

Resolution reallocating funds for the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan  
Update for community engagement and marketing.  
A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Neumann, that the Resolution

Resolution to approve adjusted wage rates for part time, seasonal and  
casual city employees effective October 13, 2023, and January 1,

A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Neumann, that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 10/12/2023. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Resolution approving Unum for a voluntary employee paid vision plan,  
effective January 1, 2024.  
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Councilon 10/12/2023.  
The motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Resolution approving an agreement between the City of La Crosse and ASI  
Flex to provide third party administration services for the City’s I.R.S. Section  
#125 Plan for a three (3) year term beginning January 1, 2024, through  
December 31, 2026.  
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Schwarz that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED.  
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Goggin, that the Resolution be  
AMENDED AS PROPOSED. The motion carried by unanimously.  
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED to the Common Council  
on 10/12/2023. The motion carried by the following vote:
