Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by Trane, seconded by Reynolds to APPROVE minutes of  
December 19, 2022; motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

Resolution regarding Harry J. Olson Multipurpose Senior Center, Inc.

REFERRED WITH NO RECOMMENDATION to the Finance & Personnel  
Committee on 1/5/2023. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Request of Pump House Regional Arts Center, Inc. for an Exception to  
Minimum Height Standards allowing for an infill project to add adequate  
restrooms at 119 King Street.

Request to approve the non-renewal of the Northside Municipal Dock Lease  
located at 300 St Cloud St.

Request to set the date for the Spring City Auction for Saturday, April 29,  
2023, with viewing at 9:00AM and the auction at 10:00AM.
