The Board Chair called the meeting to order at 8:30am.

Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Mathu, seconded by Neumann, to approve the May 11,
2023 meeting minutes. The motion carried by voice vote.
Notices and Discussions
Election of Officers
A motion was made by Neumann, seconded by Mathu to nominate Williams as
Chair. Williams declined.
A motion was made by McArdle, seconded by Williams to nominate Stensen as
Chair. Stensen accepted, motion carried by voice vote.
A motion was made by Neumann, seconded by Mathu to nominate McArdle as
Vice Chair. McArdle accepted, motion carried by voice vote.
