A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Yager, that the Resolution be  
AMENDED to fund the following:  
#766; Security Infrastructure Upgrade, $150,000 from GO borrowing in 2024.  
#856; Cottonwood Trail Culvert Replacement, $50,000 from GO borrowing and  
$40,000 from a state grant in 2024.  
#771; Citywide Tree Planting, $165,000 from GO borrowing in 2024.  
#554; Northside Community Pool, $425,000 from GO borrowing in 2024.  
#553; Erickson Pool, $450,000 from GO borrowing in 2025.  
#643; Roof Replacement for S Hall A and Lobby $475,000 from GO borrowing  
and $225,000 from La Crosse County contribution in 2024.  
#854; Hear, Here Program-North La Crosse, $36,000 from GO borrowing in 2024.  
#915; Annual CIP Street Department Paving, $350,000 from GO borrowing in  
2024.
