City Clerk Nikki Elsen called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

Others present: Nikki Elsen, City Clerk and Shannon Neumann, City Assessor
Chief Assessor Shannon Neumann explained to the Board that the assessment office is currently working
through a few complex cases that involves various properties. Because additional time is required to
perform due diligence while working through the valuation process, the Board will need to adjourn to a
future meeting date to hold the initial meeting.
Adjournment
A motion was made by Brown, seconded by Christians, to adjourn to Friday,
July 7, 2023. The motion carried by unanimous consent.

Election of Chair and Vice Chair
Certification of Annual Review of Code of Ethics.
