The meeting was called to order by the Board Chair at 4:00pm.

Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Schmidt, seconded by Neumann to approve the March
13, 2023 meeting. The motion carried by voice vote.
Agenda Items:
Request to approve a No Wake buoy off of Lauderdale Ct in La Crosse.

County approvals*
A motion was made by Scheller, seconded by Schmidt, that this Request be
APPROVED AS AMENDED . The motion carried by voice vote.
Request to approve the amended 3 year SOI.
