of 700 block of 6th Street S.

Finding and Order to establish Reserved Parking - ADA zone on the South  
side of 600 block of Market Street, from a point 45 feet east of the east line of  
6th Street S, to a point 45 feet easterly thereof.

Order be DENIED. The motion carried by the following vote:

Approval of Excavation Permit from Xcel energy to close and detour Main  
Street from 5th to 6th Street for approximately 5 weeks. And to close and  
detour State Street from 4th to 7th for approximately 6 weeks.  
Ed Przytarski with Xcel Energy spoke in favor.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Trane, to APPROVE contingent  
that street/sidewalks remain open for permitted special events. The motion  
carried by the following vote:

Boulevard (NHS) as part of the detour for USH 14 (South Ave) reconstruction  
project (ID # 1641-02-72, 82) to accommodate installing a new water service  
on May 5th through 8th from 9 pm to 5 am, 2023.
