Commissioner Bechtel moved for approval of the Regular Meeting Minutes  
held April 12, 2023; Commissioner Brown seconded; Motion carried 2-0  
Approval of Bills  
Commissioner Bechtel presented bills as follows and moved for their approval  
as well as the cost of the luncheon: Public Housing, $35,670.15; Voucher  
Program, $243.40; Mainstream Program, $11.66; Capital Fund Program,  
$148,069.15; Forest Park $117,707.86; Ping Manor $22,524.27; Non-Assisted  
Account $0.00, Management Fund $0.00, Central Office Cost Center $3,662.38;  
Checks to be approved $177,620.33; Total $505,509.20 Commissioner Brown  
seconded. Motion Carried 2-0

New Business  
Commissioner DePre has advised all board members and Mr. Schauf via email  
that they resigned from the Vice President Commissioner Position with the La  
Crosse Housing Authority. Mayor Reynolds is currently in the process of finding  
a replacement.  
Application Discussion Regarding Non-Discriminatory Clauses  
Discussion referencing application with non-discriminatory clauses has  
commenced with further outreach required. Mr. Schauf will provide proposed  
application revisions to software company and inquire about the possibility of  
making these changes.  
Resolution #2263 to write off unusable appliances, furniture, equipment and/or  
tools.  
Commissioner Brown moved to approve Resolution No. 2263 approving write  
off of unusable appliances, furniture, equipment and/or tools; Commissioner  
Bechtel seconded; motion carried 2-0

Commissioner Bechtel moved for adjournment; Commissioner Brown  
seconded. Motion carried.
