Notices and Discussions  
Council President Kahlow invited all to attend the Burns Park Fall Celebration on  
0ctober 15. Council Member Schwarz invited all to the Indigenous People's Day  
celebration on October 14, taking place in Riverside Park and at the La Crosse  
Center. Council Member Woodard noted that he is holding a listening session on  
October 16 at the Southside Neighborhood Center. Council Member Goggin invited all  
to the swearing-in ceremony of new police officers on Monday October 14 at the Black  
River Beach Neighborhood Center. Mayor Reynolds noted that the next time the full  
Council convenes, the November Election will be completed, and he expressed thanks  
to the Clerk's office and all election workers that make sure that our elections are  
secure and dependable. Reynolds expressed his gratitude to the public works, police,  
and fire departments that put in many hours making Oktoberfest run smoothly and  
safely.  
COMMON COUNCIL MATTERS  
Resolution appropriating additional funds to the Pump House Regional Arts  
Center in connection with recent expansion and upgrade of the restroom  
facilities.
