Resolution approving partial vacation of public street Right-of-Way on the  
east side of 28th Street South, near Fairchild Street East.  
A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Janssen, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/14/2024.  
The motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Resolution approving Investment Service agreements for the period of  
April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025.  
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/14/2024.  
The motion carried by the following vote:

Resolution authorizing the City of La Crosse Arts Board to enter into grant  
agreements.  
A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Neumann, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/14/2024.

Yes:  
Resolution appropriating ARPA funds in the amount of $60,000 in connection  
with Legal Action of Wisconsin’s project entitled Eviction Defense Project to  
establish a service to provide free legal assistance for families that are at risk  
of eviction.  
A motion was made by Neumann, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution  
be AMENDED AS PROPOSED. The motion carried unanimously.  
A motion was made by Neumann, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED to the Common Council  
on 3/14/2024. The motion carried by the following vote:

Resolution approving a collective bargaining agreement between the City of  
La Crosse and the La Crosse Professional Police Supervisory Association for  
January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026.  
A motion was made by Goggin, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/14/2024. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Resolution approving a collective bargaining agreement between the City of  
La Crosse and the La Crosse Professional Police Non-Supervisory  
Association Local #26 for January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026.  
A motion was made by Goggin, seconded by Janssen, that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/14/2024. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Resolution directing the advertisement and sale of not to exceed $6,765,000  
aggregate principal amount of Sewer System Revenue Bonds, of the City of  
La Crosse, La Crosse County, Wisconsin  
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/14/2024.  
The motion carried by the following vote:
