A motion was made by Trane, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE minutes of  
February 26, 2024. The motion carried unanimously.

Resolution approving partial vacation of public street Right-of-Way on the east  
side of 28th Street South, near Fairchild Street East.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Dickinson, to APPROVE. The

Appeal of special charges relating to snow removal at 533 Cass Street

Request to modify the expiration date of the previously approved access  
agreement for Northern States Power from 3/15/24 to 4/30/24.

Request for stormwater connection from 1125 Pine Street  
James Makepeace was called to speak.  
A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Gallager, to APPROVE with the  
conditions that they acquire a revocable occupancy permit for a manhole and  
connection pipe within the alley until Pine Street is reconstructed by the city  
requiring them to reconnect. The motion carried by the following vote:

Request to have an emergency declared on behalf of the La Crosse Center  
for RTU HVAC replacement.

changes requested by MTU and engineering to be added to the final document
