A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Trane, that the minutes be  
APPROVED. The motion carried on a vote of 4 to 0 (Schwarz abstained).

Council Member Request to approve the addition of various tax parcels  
within the City of La Crosse as camping prohibited on city owned land in  
accordance with Subsection 32-5 of Municipal Code.
