A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Dickinson, to APPROVE the
minutes from April 8, 2024. The motion carried unanimously.

Public Hearing - Application of Integrity Grading & Excavating Inc. for a Limited
Exemption for Construction Noise for groundwater pumping and concrete
sawing in the River Point District, adjacent to River Bend Road (City Project).
