Approval of Minutes
A motion made by Horstman, seconded by Pretasky to approve the March 18,
2024 minutes. The motion carried by voice vote.
Agenda Items:
Pursuant to Section 2-128 (b) of Code of Ordnances for the City of La
Crosse, it is required that each committee member review the provisions of
the Code of Ethics.

Request to approve the 2024-2026 Statement of Intentions Harbor Assistance
Program.
A motion made by Neumann, seconded by Pretasky to APPROVE AS
AMENDED.

Recused - Binsfield
Request to approve bouy inspection contract.
A motion made by Binsfield, seconded by Pretasky to APPROVE. Motion
carried unanimously.
Request to approve buoy letters.
