Mayor Reynolds called this meeting to order at 3:00 PM.

Approval of Minutes from the meeting on February 28th, 2024.
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Lee that the meeting minutes
from February 28th, 2024 be APPROVED. Voice vote carried unanimously.
Agenda Items:
Consideration and Possible Action Offer to Purchase 412 Liberty
Attachments:
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Lee that the City will purchase
this property for $1 if there is not an accepted offer from 90 days on 03/27/2024.
Voice vote carried unanimously.
Consideration and possible action on Proposal for Former Fire Station #4
from Jeff and Jill Murphy.
(Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in closed session
pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to formulate & update negotiation strategies
and parameters. Following such closed session, the Committee and/or
Council may reconvene in open session.)
Attachments:
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Lee to proceed with
development agreement contingent on sewer line inspection. Voice vote
carried unanimously.
