Call to Order
Chair Janssen called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Doolittle, seconded by Dickinson, to approve the
minutes from March 6, 2024. The motion carried unanimously.
Agenda Items:
Floodplain Relief Grant for 213 Rose Street
A motion was made by Hampson, seconded by Dickinson, that this General
Item be APPROVED . The motion carried by voice vote to approve the grant of
$40,000.
Review of Floodplain Mitigation Plan
Discussion to direct staff to come up with a proposal for cleaning up the levees,
and educating residents on Floodplain issues.

The meeting adjourned at 5:28 p.m.
