Mayor Shaundel Washington-Spivey called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.

2027 Operating Budget.
A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Janssen, to direct the mayor to
provide expense detail regarding department reductions. The motion carried
by the following vote:

Goggin, Kahlow, Janssen, Newberry, Trost, Sleznikow, Mindel, Northwood,
Washington-Spivey,Dickinson
A motion was made by Northwood, seconded by Trost, that the Board of
Estimates meeting on September 2nd be cancelled. The motion carried by the
following vote:
