Bennett O'Riley's with Notice of Intent for Revocation or Suspension of
Combination "Class B" Beer and Liquor License for the premise address 213
3rd St. S., La Crosse, Wisconsin.
(Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis.
Stat. 19.85(1)(a) to deliberate its decision. Following such closed session, the
Committees and/or Council may reconvene in open session.)
Representatives from the City and from Bennett O'Riley's LLC gave testimony.
A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Padesky, that the Review be
CLOSED SESSION for both file 26-0879 and 26-0880 pursuant to Wis. Stat.
19.85(1)(a) to deliberate its decision. The motion carried unanimously by voice
vote.
