Mr. Sayner called the meeting to order at 12:00pm

Ms. Bechtel moved for approval of the Regular Meeting Minutes held May 12,  
2021; Mr. Brown seconded. Motion carried.  
Approval of Bills  
Ms. Bechtel presented bills as follows and moved for their approval as well as  
the cost of the luncheon: Public Housing, $54,181.88; Voucher Program,  
$1,382.69; Mainstream Program, $0.00; Capital Fund Program, $64,665.23;  
Forest Park $10,788.10; Ping Manor $36,520.60; Central Office Cost Center  
$2,641.68; Checks to be approved $94,415.59; Total $233,708.76 Mr. Brown  
seconded. Motion Carried

New Business  
Resolution #2250 to write off Uncollectible Debts.

Ms. Bechtel moved for approval of Resolution No. 2250 writing off uncollectible  
accounts; Mr. Brown seconded. Motion carried.  
Resolution #2251 to trade 2011 Ford Fusion and dispose of appliances.

Mr. Brown approved for approval of Resolution No. 2251 to trade 2011 Ford  
Fusion and dispose of appliances; Ms. Bechtel seconded. Motion carried.  
Review and Approve LHA Project No. 10042 - Hybrid Compact SUV  
Replacement.  
LHA Project #10042 - Hybrid Compact Sports Utility Vehicle bids were  
reviewed. Ms. Bechtel moved approval of the low base bid received from Dahl  
Ford of Onalaska, Wisconsin in the amount of $22,190.00; Mr. Brown seconded.  
Motion carried.  
Approval to Open Section 8 Mainstream Only waiting list.

Mr. Brown moved approval to open the Mainstream Voucher waiting list only  
at 8:00am on June 21, 2021 and remain open until futher notice; Ms. Bechtel  
seconded. Motion carried.  
July 14, 2021 Board Meeting will be conducted in-person. Mr. Schauf will attend  
meeting via phone call-in.  
Mr. Sayner informed the Board of his request to add the annual performance appraisal  
and contract discussion of Mr. Schauf to the July agenda. Mr. Sayner will review  
existing documents and advise.  
Mr. Schauf provided an update to the Board on his plan to re-open the common and  
community areas of all Housing Authority owned high-rise buildings as we trend  
towards providing normalcy to our Residents. The consensus of the group was to move  
forward as planned with consideration of implementing additional procedures after  
discussion with the La Crosse Health Department shall they be necessary. Mr. Schauf  
will conduct an agency meeting with staff to plan for next steps of re-opening of the  
Administrative Building.
