Chair Richmond called the meeting to order at 6:19 p.m.

hearing; the motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Neumeister, seconded by Kahlow, that the Application  
be RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SAME (per CPC  
Recommendation) to the Common Council on 8/11/2022. The motion carried by  
the following vote:

AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 40-8.(a)(1), to amend Subsection  
40-8(b) and to create Subsection 40-8(f) of the Code of Ordinances of the City  
of La Crosse regarding snow removal.  
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Mindel, to ADOPT; the motion  
carried unanimously by voice vote.

PROPOSED; the motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

be RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SAME to the Common  
Council on 8/11/2022. The motion carried by the following vote:

AN ORDINANCE to amend Sections 44-1(b)(1) and 44-111, to repeal Section  
44-107 and to remove the reference to 44-107 in the Parking Violation Table in  
Section 44-1 of the Code of Ordnances of the City of La Crosse regarding  
alternative side parking.

carried unanimously by voice vote.

RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SAME to the Common Council  
on 8/11/2022. The motion carried by the following vote:
