19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel. Following such closed session, the  
Committees and/or Council may reconvene in open session.)

the motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

motion carried on a vote of 3 - 1 (No - Woodard).

RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED to the Common Council on

Stormwater Utility.

RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 9/8/2022. The

four parking spaces at 618, 622, and 624 Jackson St., and 1002 7th St. S.
