Trost wanted to acknowledge the difficulties that black-owned businesses experience  
in La Crosse, and she wanted to thank them for their innovation and hard work.  
Mayor Reynolds thanked Governor Evers for his stop in La Crosse to announce his  
awards for the Equitable Recovery Grants, of which, our local YWCA, Coulee Cap, and  
The Vang Council were recipients.  
Discussion and update on Senior Programming. (Note: The Committee and/or  
Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to formulate  
& update negotiation strategies and parameters. Following such closed session, the  
Committees and/or Council may reconvene in open session.)  
Parks Director Jay Odegaard and Kerry Gloede presented on the changes that have  
been made in the senior centers in La Crosse.
