A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Yager, that these minutes be

AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of  
the City of La Crosse transferring certain property from the Local Business  
District - to the Multiple Dwelling District allowing for an apartment with two  
bedrooms at 1033 Caledonia St.

AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of  
the City of La Crosse transferring certain property from the Planned  
Development District - General - to the Planned Development District -  
Specific allowing for mixed use redevelopment at 2415 State Road.
