Mayor Reynolds called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m. (late due to technology  
issues).

Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Trane to APPROVE minutes of  
November 7, 2022; motion carried unanimously by voice vote.  
Agenda Items:  
Charter Street Privilege Permit request for Fiber Optics in right-of-way at  
George and St. Andrew Streets.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Trane, to APPROVE. The motion  
carried by voice vote.  
TDS Telecom Street Privilege Permit Request for Fiber Optics in right-of-way  
on Jansen Place.  
A motion was made by Trane, seconded by Gallager, to APPROVE. The motion  
carried by voice vote.  
1102 14th Street South request to Excavate in Newly paved road.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Trane, to APPROVE. The motion  
carried by voice vote.  
Metro Fibernet Street Privilege Permit request for Fiber Optics in right-of-way  
on Enterprise Ave from Commerce Street East to City Limits.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Kahlow, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Metro Fibernet Street Privilege Permit request for Fiber Optics in right-of-way  
on Oak Street from Enterprise Ave to North.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Kahlow, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
530 Main Street Street Privilege Permit request for light pole with flood light in  
right-of-way on Main Street side.  
A motion was made by Trane, seconded by Gallager, to REFER 30 days for the  
applicant to provide examples of similar light poles as well as looking into the  
possibility of putting the pole on their own property. The motion carried by  
voice vote.  
Report of Quote Proposals for 2022-2023 Snow Removal.  
A motion was made by Trane, seconded by Kahlow, that this General Item be  
APPROVED . The motion carried by voice vote.
