Request for exception to Multi-Family Housing Design Standards by Steve  
Schlicht allowing for an exception to the standard that building plans shall be  
prepared and approved by a Registered Architect for a project at 1024, 1034,  
1036, 1038 Denton Street.

Cherf recused himself from this item and left his seat.  
A motion was made by Trost, seconded by Neumeister, that this Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED Per the Planning Staff Recommendation to  
the Judiciary & Administration Committee. The motion failed by voice vote  
(2-3). Trost and Neumeister voting yes.

Mayor Reynolds adjourned the meeting at 6:00pm.
