Vice Chair Barb Janssen called the meeting to order at 4:00pm.

Mayor Reynolds and Tashyra Bernard joined the meeting virtually during item

Approval of Minutes from the August 9, 2022 meeting.  
A motion was made by Yager, seconded by Trost, that these minutes be  
APPROVED. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Agenda Items:  
Request to increase funding for WWBIC's Revolving Business Assistance  
Loans.

A motion was made by Yager, seconded by Trost, that this General Item be  
APPROVED per staff recommendation. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Public Service Proposal for 2023-2024.

Direction was given to staff to bring a request for proposal draft with a targeted  
approach to the next meeting.  
Resolution approving property purchase for affordable housing.  
(Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis.  
Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to formulate & update negotiation strategies and parameters.  
Following such closed session, the Committees and/or Council may reconvene in open  
session.)

Yager recused herself and took a seat in he audience.  
A motion was made by Trost, seconded by Lee to open public hearing. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
There was one public speaker, George Italiano.  
A motion was made by Trost, seconded by Bernard to close public hearing.  
The motion carried by voice vote.  
A motion was made by Trost, seconded by Mayor Reynolds that this resolution  
be APPROVED. The motion carried by voice vote.
