Commissioner Cable moved for approval of the Regular Meeting Minutes held  
August 10, 2022; Commissioner Bechtel seconded. Motion Carried 4-0  
Approval of Bills  
Commissioner Bechtel presented bills as follows and moved for their approval  
as well as the cost of luncheon: Public Housing, $82,513.09; Voucher Program,  
$1,258.06; Mainstream Program, $0.00; Capital Fund Program, $17,545.45;  
Forest Park $44,606.63; Ping Manor $22,438.86; Non-Assisted Account $0.00,  
Management Fund $0.00, Central Office Cost Center $11,455.08; Checks to be  
approved $200,348.96; Total $380,166.13 Commissioner Cable seconded. Motion  
Carried 4-0

New Business  
ANNUAL MEETING:  
Commissioner Bechtel moved for the nomination of Peter Sayner as  
Chairperson; there being no further nominations, Commissioner Cable  
seconded; motion carried. 5-0 Commissioner Cable moved for the nomination  
of AJ DePre as Vice Chairperson; there being no further nominations,  
Commissioner Sayner Seconded; motion carried 4-1. Commissioner Cable  
moved for the nomination of Kristina Bechtel as Treasurer; there being no  
further nominations, Commissioner Sayner seconded; Motion carried 5-0.  
Commissioner Bechtel moved for the nomination of Kimberly Cable as  
Assistant Secretary; there being no further nominations, Commissioner DePre  
seconded; Motion Carried 5-0  
Review and Approve FY 2023 Fair Market Rents.  
The proposed 2023 Fair market rent and payment standards were reviewed.  
Commissioner Cable moved for approval; Commissioner Bechtel seconded;  
Motion Carried 4-0  
Review and Approve LHA Year-End 2022 Audit Bids.  
The LHA Year-End 2022 audit proposals were reviewed. Commissioner Cable  
moved for approval of the bid in the amount of $18,000 from Collins &  
Associates, S.C. Commissioner Brown seconded. Motion Carried 4-0  
Approval Revising Updated Resolution #1097 Public Housing Admissions and  
Continued Occupancy Pet Policy Plan.  
Commissioner Cable made a motion to table the reviewing of pet policy plans  
until the October meeting while we review additional concerns with legal  
cousel; Commissioner DePre seconded; Motion Carried 4-0  
Approval Revising Updated Resolution #1097 Forest Park and Ping Manor  
Tenant Selection Pet Policy Plan.  
Commissioner Cable made a motion to table the reviewing of pet policy plans  
until the October meeting while we review additional concerns with legal  
cousel; Commissioner DePre seconded; Motion Carried 4-0
