Banner Design Contest: ReNEW La Crosse Neighborhoods is looking for designs to help energize the streetlights in the Lower Northside - Depot Neighborhood! Artists of all ages are invited to submit designs by Friday, June 23. Entries will be voted on by the residents of the Lower Northside Depot Neighborhood at the ReNEW Neighborhood Block Party on Saturday, June 24. Winning designs will be featured as banners on streetlights in the Lower Northside - Depot Neighborhood. Winners will also receive $100. Parameters:
• Designs should consider the unique and historic features of the Lower Northside Depot Neighborhood
• Designs should be simple and able to be seen from a distance
• Banners will be 4’ x 2’
