The YMCA - PHC / Move More Committee has selected Jack Zabrowski to complete the bike share study.  Mathew Christian and Jill Miller are drafting the contract.  Once complete, Miller will submit the contract to Planning and Development Director Larry Kirch, who will seek approval from the Board of Public Works.  After approval, Kirch, YMCA CEO Bill Soper, and Zabrowski will sign the contact.  The contract will be effective January - December, 2014.  The YMCA - PHC/Move More Committee will be providing Jack assistance in gathering data for the report as detailed in the contract.  Zabrowski will submit an invoice to the City of La Crosse (the fiscal agent) per an hourly consulting rate, not to exceed $10,000.  If the group has other questions, please contact Miller or Christian.
