Planners have restructured the strategy to a phased, pay-as-you-go TIF approach and have expanded the list of prospective developers. The Department has also drafted a request for expression of interest (RFEI) to send out this summer. Midwest Appraisal Services is currently working on the appraisal of the entrance road right-of-way for future acquisition discussions.
