Fiscal Note

PBA is extending the current PBA rate guarantee for the 2025 Plan Year (1/1/25 - 12/31/25). Additionally, the Annual Compliance Fee of $1,500.00 and the stop loss interface fee of $2.50 PEPM will be waived.

PBA's offer includes a 3% cap on the 2026 renewal (1/126-12/31/26) and will hold our PBA 2026 administration fee for 2027. The Annual Compliance fee of $1,500.00 will be waived.
