The purpose of this review is to: 1) establish qualitative and quantitative measurements to evaluate progress toward the benchmarks set out in the plan, and 2) select a limited number of priority benchmarks to focus on in 2014.There are 34 bicycle benchmarks and 24 pedestrian benchmarks in the following categories: engineering, education, enforcement, and evaluation.
