The City is in the 2024 Local Government Leadership Program. The program provides support and peer-to-peer learning.
Of ~$100k remaining in the CAP implementation fudn, ~$38k is flexible to be spent on this project. Some items can be delayed or no longer need funding.
Staff recommends approval. Certification gives City recognition for progress toward CAP goals.
