The City has $750 from a conservation grant from Xcel Energy from 12 years ago that it needs to spend.  Occupancy sensors are a highlighted eligible expense. The City Hall facility manager identified the first floor's West Wing as a good candidate for occupancy sensors.  He recieve a quote for $1,490 to install 3 to cover the L-shaped hallway.  Occupancy sensors can reduce energy costs by 50% or more.
