2026 Earth Fair Vendor Participation Inquiry

The Earth Fair Committee (subset of the Sustainability Institute) would like to invite "green" minded non-profit and business vendors to the 2026 La Crosse Earth Fair in Myrick Park and The Nature Place, from 11am to 4pm on Sunday, April 26, 2026. 2026 VENDOR AREA
The vendor/nonprofit area will be located in the lower Nature Place Lot. This is an open paved lot. (No large tent) Vendors will be provided an 8-foot table and up to 2 chairs. Vendors can choose to bring their own pop-up tent (no larger than 10x10) to cover their table area if desired. Staking of pop-up tents is not allowed per the City. WEATHER NOTICE
Earth Fair is a rain-or-shine event; however, outdoor locations may be canceled or closed due to unsafe, extreme, or poor weather conditions. Outdoor vendors and activities impacted by weather-related changes will be notified via email within 24-36 hours prior to the event.
If a vendor chooses not to attend in the absence of an official outdoor closure, we ask that Earth Fair coordinators be notified via email no less than 24 hours before the event.
Vendor cancellations are eligible for a refund only if the cancellation request is submitted via email before April 1. Cancellations received after April 1 are non-refundable; however, vendor booth fees may be rolled over to the following year upon request.
